Marla D. Willey
Marla joined our team in 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Marla graduated cum laude from Elmhurst College. In 2001, Marla received her paralegal degree from MacCormac College. In 2004 and 2005, Marla received her real estate license and her real estate broker's license respectively. Marla specializes in criminal defense, civil litigation, estate planning, zoning and corporate formation. Marla also acts as the firm's Office Manager.

Susan J. Coon
Suzi joined our team in 1993, while her mother practiced law with the firm as co-counsel. She assists in all aspects of real estate transactions and specializes in commercial real estate transactions. Suzi is a certified real estate closing officer for Nippersink Title (an affiliate of Chicago Title located in Richmond, Illinois). She also manages the lien and foreclosures files for the firm and assists with litigation file preparation.

Christine Palya
Christine joined our team in 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Christine received her paralegal certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies, interned at the Juvenile and Domestic Courthouse in Virginia, attended private investigator school, and represented a collection company in small claims court in Virginia. In addition to being a certified real estate closing officer for Nippersink Title, Christine also received her real estate license in 2004. Christine currently assists on all types of real estate transactions, corporate, traffic, and personal injury files.

Wendy Domann
Wendy joined the firm in 2010. In 1992 she received a B.A. in History from Western Illinois University, and in 1997 she received a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University with honors. Prior to joining the firm, Wendy worked for law firms in Chicago and McHenry County. She specializes in civil litigation, collection cases, and personal injury cases.

Lee Pippin
Since becoming a member of our firm in April of 2010, Lee has specialized in corporate formation, including online filings with the State of Illinois and the Internal Revenue Service; corporate annual renewals, preparation of corporate annual minutes; preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney; and collection cases.
